Andrew Karic is a licensed general contractor in Arizona, California, and Texas with 40 years’ experience in commercial and residential construction and development. His license in Arizona is for residential and commercial dual building contractor (ROC 248529 KB-1) and a commercial license in California (668982). That experience includes executive (CEO), entrepreneurial and construction management expertise in virtually all areas of the construction industry. He has managed a staff of 60-plus employees and been responsible for the marketing, field operations, construction management, all executive level decisions, and management operations in all types of construction industry projects. He is responsible for the financial profitability for five different construction and development companies owned and/or operated since 1978 totaling more than $800,000,000 in construction projects.
Mr. Karic has been a hands-on owner and industry leader of five commercial and residential construction and development companies during his 40-year career. These 40 years includes the successful construction of more than $800,000,000 in commercial and residential projects in the private, public, and governmental sectors. Mr. Karic has performed work in more than 20 states across the U.S. from the west coast to the east coast. His construction firms have completed more than $250,000,000 in public bonded work.
Mr. Karic has also been the real estate developer to more than $50,000,000 in multifamily, office and retail developments. His multifaceted experience gives him the ability to understand multiple perspectives of construction claims or disputes. He has been directly responsible for overseeing construction projects involving substantial legal disputes in both the private and public sector, including bond/surety insurance claims. Due to Mr. Karic’s hands-on experience in construction and real estate development, he has dealt with approximately twenty lawsuits/disputes in his own companies. He possesses knowledge of many of the legalities involved in the construction industry with firsthand experience.
Mr.Karic has successfully collaborated with national companies across the U.S. such as Sears Roebuck, IBM, AOL, U.S. Veterans Administration, McDonald’s, and Valero Fuel, to name a few. He draws upon his experience with honesty, accountability, and the utmost of integrity. He prides himself on a non-wavering approach to his opinions, whether they agree with his client or not. His standards are such that his opinions are not subject to discussion or conformity to fall within his client’s requirements. He also has the ability to communicate effectively.
